FFXIV Nico 11 allows me to flex my Monkness. Watch my cat fists snap and make cherry blossom bangs.

Okay, I got a little carried away. I think I have gotten a little carried away by Final Fantasy in general. My nostalgia overwhelming my critical thinking.

To salve the withdrawal from the MMORPG I cranked up Lightning Returns. What a shitty iteration of this beloved RPG.

Square seems to have an issue with letting go of protagonists. So the follow up games are watered down versions of bad initial characterizations.

I have toyed around with the idea of getting a PS4 to play the new one. But then I remember how many things I need to do instead. Plus I am so cheap I can’t justify spending that kind of money.

It’s all about saving money and organizing right now. Preparing myself to do good work. Ready to work and get ready for the next big move.

In the meantime I will sustain myself on marginal numbers of Facebook likes. And ride the up and down daily numbers of website hits.

Sarcasm aside, this website is doing great.  More unique hits than any year ever. I hope it continues to do better.
