WTF Danger is another moment of odd synchronicity. Just last night we watched Guillermo del Toro’s Crimson Peak. Blood coming from faucets. Red bleeding through the snow.

But it was more or less than that depending on how you look at it. On one hand it was an attempt at gorgeously styled Hammer Horror. On the other hand it was a cliché riddled bore. Those epic bores that only come from Hollywood.

The bottom line is this. Incest is evil. They spent millions of dollars in a world of darkness to say that. Still towing the status quo.

Boring morality that actually is the root of Creationism. Do the math. If you believe that drivel you are all children of incest. Which makes me think that maybe they are right.

Afterwards I remarked to Ernie that if they wanted to do overly styled pieces they should just go all Matthew Barney and just do visuals. Eliminate the plot. Ernie’s response was that I should remember River of Fundament. Barney has his own problems.
