Seventh up in the Restless Hand Series, RHS, makes for a nice movie reference. Just in the seventh up sense. I really need to sit down and watch the latest one in that series. But there are so many things I need to take time to see.

Funny how I feel as though I am not doing or accomplishing anything but there are so many things to be done. How is that possible? Almost like I am stuck in some kind of loop.

Speaking of loops you get stuck in, this image features flip-flops. Loops for your feet. Loops you shouldn’t get stuck in. These brightly colored and married against a saccharine sweet drawing for some major store. Boring, I know.

But I was going for the massive amounts of color. I was going for the silver specialty color that evokes the cover to Siouxsie and The Banshees’ Peepshow. I was going for all that and I don’t mind the result.

Except for that style of illustration. It’s like someone learned to draw by copying Michael Economy and then erasing all the fun and edge. It’s works well chopped up but definitely not on its own.
