Found Magic is another shot from work. A broom in a mirrored corner traps me in a pyramid. Goodness I look tired and a mess. My eyes squinty with exhaustion.

Maybe it’s the weight of the top of the pyramid. Maybe it’s that I am wearing almost the same outfit three years later as I write this and I am feeling exhausted still.

It’s even worse that I am just beginning my work week. After my weekends I never feel refreshed. It might be the fact that I spend every day I have off working non stop.

I do have that vacation coming up in September. But I know I will just spend it working. Cleaning. Setting us up for the fall and the holidays. Trying to get my studio in a place that is conducive to work.

Lots of micro projects that are intended to feel productive but really are procrastination. It just never goes away, those ideas that haunt me.

I do wonder if any of this or how much of this will actually get done. How exhausted will I be when I have to come back and feel the weight of the pyramid?
