FFXIV Nico 24 shows some glamour fare. Glamours are the ability to make a piece of gear look like another piece of gear. Isn’t he pretty in pink?

Glamours usually are used for classic MMORPG slut gear. Slut isn’t gender specific. It can be a male tank in bikini briefs and leather thigh boots. Or girls in bikinis running about the frozen landscape.

It’s these unimaginative majority of players that led to me leaving the game. If I wanted a bunch of people who were participating in group think I would go to a Taylor Swift fan club. It’s just not my thing.

I only show disdain because it is so obvious. A boring attempt to sexualize your already sexualized cat boy or cat girl. Not usually a fan of the obvious.

But then other glamours can be fun. References to pop culture icons like The Incredible Hulk or Link from Legend of Zelda. The more obscure the better.

Here we have someone who is making a statement. Out and proud and dressed like some crazy sailor in pink. this is what I love anywhere in life. Someone with a little flair and sharing.
