Cracked 2 is a winking eye with beautiful cracks for lashes. Duct tape residue for interest. The great American car in reflection. All the layers you need for an interesting photograph.

Those organic cracks are such a draw. It is a giant spider sun or fake eyelashes. The arcs and curves showing some hidden make up of the glass itself.

Unrelated digression as usual. I have been thinking that those plexiglass pieces I have talked about here ad nauseum should be self portraits. An easy choice.

That is how I started the post a day series here on the website. When I realized this I decided it is how it should end. Plus it’s a way to avoid models and celebrities.

It does scare me quite a bit. I am not sure I want to put myself out there right now. I am terrified that my less than youthful looks would be painful to focus on.

Then I think that is exactly why I should do it. The confrontation of fear alone being worth it. It might even make me stretch a bit.

Maybe they should be weird body shots with nudity. Maybe just hard upper body studies with my gigantic head on display. Terrifying thoughts abound thinking about the possibilities.
