Digital Art
From the same selfie shoot as MoBarnies. Just another attempt at the heavy layering that is still persisting to this day. Plus this is the beginning of self made kaleidoscope images.
Rather than using found images this all came from my original Canon point and shoot. The same camera that has shot a majority of the digital images on this site. Well that camera and the replacement as documented here on this site.
It’s a great camera that I still use today. Not as often as I was back then, but often. So good that it has made me start researching Canon DSLRs over Nikon. But then I start thinking about the ink cartridges I just had to purchase.
The current MG8220 needs six cartridges. Little CMYK cartridges. So that is four. Then a little gray tank. WTF? Then a big black cartridge. Just ridiculous. It cost a third of the price of the printer.
This is the problem with current technology. Everyone holds this hypocrisy of wanting to be green. But if you own a printer or a cell phone, you are a part of the problem. We need technology that is adaptive and cheap rather than constantly upgrading.
