Swizzle Stick Ernie is one of those great and goofy portrait sessions we do when we get a fun light element. These were swizzle sticks from Radio City Music Hall. We had just gone to see the Bjork Volta show.

Not exactly the best show. Not because Bjork wasn’t great. She was. Just the setting was all wrong. The sit down venue wasn’t appropriate and our seats were awful.

Probably the best time we saw her was at Coney Island before Medulla. It had everything. Fireworks and flames. I cried during Desired Constellation.

Easily one of the best concert experiences I have ever had. This one on the other hand was stifled by all the empty seats and the acoustics were just terrible.

I would liken it to the Pet Shop Boys at Beacon Theater. A dance music show seen from old people chairs. Not that I mind. The Dead Can Dance show there was great.

As always this was shared with my bestie. Who then later modeled for this great photo. A happy time indeed.
