A simple visual play on the word makes the idea of this photograph better than the actual photography. The focus of the iPhone is less than stellar. I have ranted about this so many times on this site so let me use this moment to digress.

Maybe there was that greasy build up on the lens. You know that grease that gets on touch screen devices. The kind that makes me want to start a punk band called The Greasy iPads.

When out in public I see so many people with touch screen devices that look like Mineshaft bottoms. It transcends socioeconomics. It is beyond disgusting.

I have been at restaurants where snooty women complain of hair in their food. The shocking realization that another mammal made their food is more than they can take. Meanwhile they continue tapping away at a tiny screen with an inch of Crisco on it.

Even now I am typing this on an iPhone that is so gross I am fighting an Existenz level revulsion. Sick to my stomach, I just want to toss this thing on the ground. Disgusted at how the future isn’t what they promised me.
