Peel Away looks like you shouldn’t. It’s bleeding rust and the red reads like the Underwood Devil. Such a weird find I had to take a bunch of pictures.

I must say I am starting to take more pictures with my iPhone. Some good stuff. Some just every day things. It is getting better mainly due to my joining Instagram.

I have been debating how to handle my Instagram. Should it be connected visually? Should it be totally disconnected? Should the Instagram itself have a theme or set of rules?

Then today I was reading an artist’s profile in Juxtapoz. As I gay man it is hard not to focus on the POZ portion of that title, but anyway, he was saying he didn’t care as much about gallery shows now. He just sells some things through Instagram.

Even crazier, he implied that he was actually using social media to get to know the people who bought his work. When I read that I was stunned. It was like he was personally refuting the general consensus of social media.

Overall it made me add him on Instagram. And it is making me think differently about how I should be using the tools I have. What could I be doing better?
