Winner, winner, chicken dinner (thanks PS). I adore this third image in the MPRSS_HRNT series. It continues the strengths of the second and turns it on its ear.

Contrasting the architecture of the background is her landscape face, turned sideways. It adds a bit of visual vertigo. Then the pairing of the Bulgari necklace/eyepatch with a hairnet of a Juicy Couture ad featuring hidden Lisa Cant is lovely. I might be wrong but that Bulgari cameo is of one of the women of the Medici family.

Sourcing these images would not have been possible without the New York Public Library. When money became tight I had to find alternatives for entertainment. I suddenly realized that I had completely given up reading fiction for so many years and subsequently going to the library. I had forgotten that libraries had been the salvation of me as a child. It saddened me so much I got my library card that day.

Without that realization, none of these would be possible. The upswing is that I read tons of books on gorgeous jewelry and lots of fiction. I scanned so many lovely pieces from tribal to Bulgari and Cartier. As always, life is an opportunity for expansion of the mind and eye.
