Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom is not a reference to Disneyland. This is a shot of Central Park. The real magic kingdom.
This was taken during an entire day’s quest to find a really nice ham. We usually call it hamb because of a Tim and Eric episode. We even changed our cat’s name to Ma’amb in honor of the hamb megaritual.
So basically we went all over the city with a foot and a half of snow on the ground. Everyone was out of hamb. The final part of the trek was from the Upper East Side through Central Park to the Upper West Side.
We crossed through virgin snow. The initial journey starting at the entrances just beneath the Metropolitan Museum of Art. It was scary at first. People were struggling and the light was really weird.
It was dark and treacherous but it seemed necessary. Halfway through the trek we came across this vista. Pure magic.
We stopped for a bit to grab a few shots and take it all in. Then we went on to finish the mission by getting out hamb at Citarella. Another perfect expedition.
