So this is the demo key with some of my charming language skills. It shows the actual cut lines for the piece with notation and correction. Notice the red marker on pieces I deemed too small.
Although it discusses many of the problems with this demo piece, it doesn’t discuss the next big issue of this demo. The adhesive is a massive issue.
The main problem is the complexity of the cut causes the assembly time to be longer than the adhesive property of the repositionable spray adhesive. Meaning that by the time you get to the last quarter of assembly the surface is no longer sticky enough to adequately hold the pieces.
With so many tiny pieces this gets out of hand quickly. Pair this with the fact that the pieces should hinge together like fine word working and you have issues from inception.
You can’t spray the surface again because you can’t successfully mask the pieces already laid. So then spraying the individual pieces, a problem with such small pieces, is the only solution if you keep this adhesive.
The other option is changing the adhesive. Which seems to be the only real solution.
