Another example of my obsessive listening and rating system, this mix is all one record label from the UK. Aus Music really nailed it for me in 2012. It had all the bells and whistles I look for in modern dance music. Breaks, pitch shifted vocals, odes to bass music, drum and bass and minimal house. All wrapped in that minor key sadness I love. And you can still work the stripper dance to it.

The cover is also created by both of us. A television screen capture of America’s Next Top Model’s Tyra Banks. More Tyra, again. For a long while now we have been capturing DVR glitches. This is one of many. One of many that I need to get up on this website as a set of photos. So Tyra is getting ready to deliver her end of episode proclamation and bam, lovely glitch. “In my hands I am holding…”

In February I will start the process of posting all the old mixes here for direct download. Many of the mixes have been removed from my soundcloud account because I am not a paying member and I have reached the maximum number of minutes available. I will be reposting them here in a series featuring a player and full 320 kbps downloads (with the exception of two that might take some time to find the source files). Yet another thing to add to my to do list.
