Hemmed In is pure beauty. Lovely layer on layer of imagery. All the usual components found in New York City construction sites.
I think I love most how the light plays against the fabric. Like a giant industrial drapery. The texture is stunning and doesn’t detract.
It does hide the details. It is the point of this construction barrier. To hide from your eyes the mess they are making.
Sometimes they leave little windows for you to sneak a peak. Other times it just accidental damage to the screen that allows viewing. Then there is this moment I noticed where vision was completely obscured.
Without the sunset there would be nothing. Without light just darkness. It’s an ode to the great setting sun.
