Fritz Extra 7 is one of my favorites in his series. Is it bad to say this is the most contemporary of all the pieces? The line work in red and cuts and masking tape are just giving it to me.

I need more of this. I need to do more of this right now. That is how imperative this piece is to me.

But the real question is how do I work this into a piece? This is a map that was used in the making of a piece. It isn’t something I thought about. It just happened.

That kind of organic work is almost impossible to recreate. Even less possible to force or fake your way through. So maybe I shouldn’t try it.

Then again it would make a great experiment. Just a line drawing. Some red line work and masking tape. Just as a form for a set of pieces.

Maybe I can work on these pieces with Ernie tonight. A few portraits of the two of us. Just to work out a few issues and see what I can do.
