Display Spark is more excessive Christmas display. A no holds barred fist fight to sell nothing but spectacle. Let’s spend the whole budget on mirrors and LED lights.

My sarcasm is overwhelmed by the fact that the display is obviously designed with smart phone photography in mind. It’s a trap and I took the bait just like everyone else. See, on some level I am just like you. Happy now?

And it’s a great shot. Full of layers. Lightning made into art. Overly crafted and too slick art, but who am I to judge? Well actually I judge really well. It’s kind of my specialty.

It’s good enough to warrant a recurring role here on the site. So an unabashed two thumbs up here at craigashby.net. So if I come across as snarky, it is more about display design.

My own personal axe to grind. My bitterness coming to a frothy head. It has nothing to do with this piece which obviously sparked my imagination and caught my eye.

Ernie claims that I am a contrarian. And I agree on some level. Maybe Sagittarian is a better descriptor for me. Contrarian feels too boxy.
