Here is the second version of Lindsay Lohan. In this one I see at least 5 different top layers. A red, orange, yellow, blue and green layers. I have no idea why it took so many. I have no idea why sometimes I seem to enjoy struggling. Or maybe I am just used to it.
For the past several images the top layers were not readable in many instances. So then I would have to attempt a color correction. But there was no real way of knowing which experiment would or wouldn’t work. Even changing the layer type in Photoshop didn’t allow for an accurate rendition. So basically it was trial and error.
I like the amount of disaster in this one. And the blue/green combo in the face is beautiful. Once again bordering on painterly.
But the registration on those five layers is absolute fail. Sure it works as a beautiful mess. But some of those hypercube knots are illegible. It’s what happens when you are depending on five images to line up into one single image. Especially when you are doing it by hand.
