Where else to go for number two than model two of the trinity, Naomi Campbell? Resplendent in Versace standing in front of a wall of what would appear to be Dewar’s or some whiskey. Funny how in twenty years we have seen Naomi go through so many changes. Even better that she’s still here.

So a couple of  quick side notes about this series. First up, these are all new scans. I started looking at the older scans and they were just blurry and the lossy compression was wrong. When I scanned them originally it was on one of those first bondi blue and white iMacs. So I felt they needed a refresher via some new technology.

Next up is the sequence. This is not necessarily the sequence they were made in. I can barely remember the dates I made these things much less the sequence. These were placed in order from my keen photo editor’s eye. Spacing out both the subject matter and the favorites to create a nice flow.

Back to the piece, I kind of lost it with the damage, but I still love the result. That you can see the pink crossing lines through her throat is perfect.

I look at her halo and marvel at how naive its construction is. I must have just focused on creating and plowed on through. I can barely remember doing any of these. How is that for not over thinking it?
